I just realized that for the entire duration of this blog, shmarmacy has been uncapitized. To capitalize or not to capitalize....
It continues today when I couldn't open a combination lock I used for 4 years in pharmacy... Had to wear a towel to the car after swimming. Luckily, William had my combo, and when I tried again (again, because I'm pretty sure I tried it the first time too), it worked.
I also learned how to pick most padlocks from the internet =D Will have to try the number cracking method on my dudley
To stay with the theme.... Medicine, Shmedicine
Went to NYC with Janet for 4 days and 3 nights. We went there by Greyhound, and came back by plane. The greyhound was horrible! It was a super old bus, and the A/C didn't reach the back, which was where we were at for 12 hours....
NYC itself was awesome! It was kind of like Toronto, but way more exciting! The people there definitely moved faster too.
I saw Times Square for the first time. You know the ball that drops every new year? Not so impressive... It's just a short stick on top of a very tall building... I was quite disappointed.
I had the best pizza in New York. It was called Pizza Suprema, and it was pretty close to our hotel, which was close to Penn Station =D

We were supposed to come back June 2. My passport also expires right on that date. The problem was that first, we couldn't checkin online when we were running late, then we called their number to resolve "time-sensitive" issues, and was on hold for 5 minutes. Finally, when we got to the terminal, the shuttles that travel between each terminal broke down and had to turn back! Pretty much anything that can go wrong, went wrong... I ended up taking a plane to Detroit the next day, then got driven to my convocation by my parents. Ugh!

So I interviewed for this pretty cool internship position in a Toronto hospital. But... I just found out I got into med school, which is a good thing in itself, but also meant that I needed a 3-month internship... preferably in Windsor so I don't have to do any renting. Sadly, I had to turn the Toronto offer down in the same phone conversation that offered me a job... Win some, lose some.

So the day my parents come back, the weather started to be wonderful, warm, and not snowing.
It's not fair
Today, it snowed again, poo
Did absolutely nothing! It was joyous. Woke up wonderfully late since there was no one to wake me up =D
Went to uncle's place for the first time and played with my cousin, who is not afraid of me lol
